It was a pleasure to attend Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School’s 450-year celebrations in Horncastle on Saturday. I was delighted to mark the occasion with headteacher Mr Furness, and meet senior prefects Grace and Olivia for a tour of the school’s facilities.
The school has been playing an important role in our local community for 450 years, and I would like to thank all the teachers and support staff, past and present, for their hard work in educating and supporting the pupils in Horncastle over the years.
