Victoria Atkins MP is set to help unemployed constituents find jobs and training at the inaugural Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair on 9th September.
"This is to help achieve full employment locally, to improve skills and to encourage businesses to expand," declared Victoria. "There are many talented people looking for work in Louth & Horncastle - and successful businesses looking for staff. I want to put the two together.
Please come along if you are seeking work or would like help to develop your career."
Schools and colleges have been invited so that apprenticeships are also on the agenda and there will be opportunities for all attendees. The local Job Centre is supporting the Fair and will be directing job seekers to the event.
Victoria has spoken about the Jobs and Apprenticeships Fair in the House of Commons, and has been praised by Employment Ministers for her initiative.
The Fair is being held on Friday 9th September at the Meridian Leisure Centre, Wood Lane, Louth, LN11 8RS between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
