I have organised a letter from Lincolnshire MPs to the Secretary of State for Health & Social Care on NHS dental provision in the county.
As a group of MPs, we continue to press for further action so that everyone, particularly children, seeking NHS dental care can receive it when they need it. This includes advocating for training within the county and addressing local dentists' concerns on UDA rates. We welcome the priority the Secretary of State has given to improving dental care and the swift action taken to streamline routes into NHS dentistry for those trained overseas so that they can start treating patients more quickly.
I will keep constituents updated on our progress and on our request to have a meeting with the new Dental Minister.
