I am delighted that Ian Watson has been recongised for his work with the Louth & Alford NFU branches and Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue on improving fire safety and training on farms.
I was pleased to back the initiative which means our 48 fire engines will be equipped with an adaptor that can be connected to tankers and bowsers. This enables the Fire Service to access water and can save them vital time.
Thank you to Chief Fire Officer, Mark Baxter, Louth Fire Station Commander, Jamie Patton and Rhonda Thompson for attending today to also speak about this important work.
