Victoria Atkins MP gave her condolences in the House of Commons to the family of William Mead, who sadly passed away from sepsis in December 2014.
Victoria emphasised the importance of raising awareness of sepsis and its symptoms so parents and grandparents are alert to signs that their child may be seriously unwell.

“As a mother, I was deeply moved to hear the tragic story of William and the bravery of his parents in campaigning to raise awareness of sepsis and its symptoms. I urge all parents to familiarise themselves with the symptoms of sepis.
