Victoria Atkins, Deputy Chairman of CPF's Home Affairs and Justice Sectoral Group, was a featured speaker at the national conference in Bristol.
Victoria was asked to address the question, "Is Localism Working?". As a recent candidate in the Police and Crime Commissioner elections, she concentrated on the impact that that role could and should have on policing and crime reduction in our local communities.
