I recently visited the Co-op Pharmacy in Louth. The visit gave members of the NHS, Co-op Pharmacy and Community Pharmacy Lincolnshire the chance to raise their concerns.
Continuing the trend of recent times, and exacerbated by the COVID pandemic, pharmacies have taken on a far greater role in the healthcare system. For many people, pharmacies have become their first port of call and offer near triage level services.
I look forward to working with Community Pharmacy Lincolnshire to see how we can support pharmacies to continue the excellent service they provide and ensure that they are staffed adequately.
