Today Victoria visited Louth Hospital and met some of their incredibly hard working team.
Victoria was pleased to visit our Urgent Treatment Centre, Endoscopy unit and see the hospital’s dedicated MRI suite. The hospital were able to install this MRI scanner thanks to the efforts of the Louth Scanner Appeal led by Trevor Marris. It was fantastic to meet Trevor today and hear that in the past three years 25,000 scans have been completed using this new equipment.
Victoria would like to thank Professor Karen Dunderdale, Dr Colin Farquharson, Sue Critchell, Carolann Belk and the team in the MRI Suite for their time today and everyone else at Louth Hospital who made this visit today possible and who have been working so hard over the festive period.
