Jonathan and his family write to me every month with a newsletter on everything he's been up to in the local community - a brilliant way to create new memories and celebrate life after suffering a brain injury.
This year's Action for Brain Injury Week campaign is called 'You, me and brain injury'. It aims to show the dramatic ripple effect that can be caused by brain injury, impacting not only the individual but also the lives of partners, family members, friends and colleagues.
